Dr. Chang's promotion to a Senior Lecturer

Dr. Chang has been promoted to a Senior Lecturer (Level C) academic commenced on July 1, 2018.

Despite it has only been 14-months-time since his appointment to UNSW Canberra, the Faculty Promotions Committee of the university highly recognized his reputable research achievements and teaching practices. As the academic rank system in Australia follows the UK system, a Senior Lecturer becomes identical to an Associate Professor in most Asian countries and North America Universities.

It is also a good opportunity to the E3GEO research group to maintain and advance our research with the supervision of a mid-career academic. Cheers~!
