2022 Excellence in Education Award

On February 27, 2023, Dr. Kee-Choo Choi, the president of Ajou University, gave Prof. Ilhan Chang the 2022 Excellence in Education Award. Prof. Chang is the first recipient from the Department of Civil System Engineering since the Award program was established in 2008, and it is given to 7–8 faculty members each year.

This award has been given in recognition of Prof. Chang's work on the creation of new geotechnical engineering curricula, the development of new hands-on term projects, and his selfless dedication to UG teaching at AUT (Ajou University in Tashkent).
