Dr. Chang's Keynote Lecture to the 2nd International Seminar on Civil and Environmental Engineering

Dr. Chang was invited to present a Keynote Lecture at the 2nd International Seminar on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ISCEE2021), "Sustainable Infrastructure and Environmental Development", which was organized by the IPB University in Indonesia and held online (Zoom) on September 7, 2021.

Dr. Chang's keynote was entitled "Biopolymer-based soil treatment (BPST) - A new alternative for sustainable development". We were surprised about the high audiences' interest and heat Q&A session after Dr. Chang's Lecture. A snapshot shows how much the audiences cared about Dr. Chang's keynote.
